Taking from my own experience of grief i tried to depict the moment of being torn by strong  emotions of loss. 

Were pain totally engulfs you, deforms you inside out. 

Were you feel your existence being stretched and pulled to its limits till nothing of your physical or mental form is unaffected or altered. 

Until you became unrecognisable.
